This Public Service Agency course focuses on the broad range of knowledge and skills that all excluded managers are expected to have to work effectively in government. It will help excluded managers share a common foundation no matter where they work.
This is a two-day conference-style learning event held at various locations across the province. Program participants will have the opportunity to hear from experts on topics that are important to them and to connect with other excluded managers, including senior leaders from different areas of the BC Public Service. Senior leaders share their experience and discuss key corporate priorities as identified in the Corporate Plan Where Ideas Work.
