Supervisors are accountable for human resource leadership and management within their business units, including:

  • Organizing, directing and managing the performance of staff to meet operational requirements; and
  • Providing regular on-going feedback to their employees on their performance and supporting employees career paths.

This workshop supports an approach to conversations that will enhance employee engagement and improve performance. Supervisors learning how to have more meaningful interactions one conversation at a time is the next step to successful implementation of the performance management vision.
