This 2-day foundational project management course builds upon the concepts introduced in Project Management 101: Project Foundations.

By participating in a project simulation participants will gain a solid understanding of project management principles and strategies to enhance success with any type of project.

The modules of the simulation include developing a project initiation document or project charter, work breakdown structure, workplan, communications plan matrix, risk register, change management documentation, and close-out reports.

This course will focus on the principles established in the Project Management Institutes: A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide).
