The Leadership Skills Inventory is a self-assessment booklet. It is a resource to help you assess your leadership skills based on five areas:
- Self Management skills for self-control and development
- Interpersonal Communication skills for building positive relationships
- Coaching, Counseling, and Problem-Management skills to maximize the performance and potential of others
- Consulting skills for developing teams and organizations
- Versatility and Organizational Development skills to optimize organization effectiveness
The inventory asks you to rate yourself in the above areas by assigning a number value to a series of questions in each category. It then helps you identify key areas you would like to develop or improve in each of the five areas.
